Zélia Raposo Santos
Zélia Raposo Santos holds a PhD in Information Management from Information Management School (Nova IMS), Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL), specialising in Market Research with an emphasis on Marketing. She has a Master in Statistics and Information Management from Instituto Superior de Estatística e Gestão de Informação (UNL), is an undergraduate in Applied Mathematics by Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and has a DEA in Social Comunicación from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Communication and Media Studies (ESCS), Politécnico de Lisboa (IPL), Sub-coordinator of the master course in Advertising and Marketing at ESCS, collaborates with the ESCS Bureau of Quality Support, and is an Invited Associate Professor at Nova IMS, UNL. Her research is mainly focused on social media marketing and consumer behaviour. She has published several articles in top-rank journals, has participated in research projects in Marketing, Tourism and Journalism, and collaborates as a reviewer in several scientific journals.
