Samuel Robalo

Samuel José Sequeira Robalo has a degree in Computer Science from the NOVA University of Lisboa, he is a researcher within "SHIFT" (Sustainability-oriented, Highly interactive, and Innovation-based Framework for Tourism marketing) project funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology. He is working on the dissertation "Empowering tourism marketing with mobile interfaces for gamified collaboration" as part of the Integrated Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the same faculty. Samuel has solid professional experience focused on Software and Application Development, namely mobile computing for Android, iOS and Web. With particular interest in areas such as Human-computer Interaction, Mobile Computing, Internet of Things and Interoperability. Samuel is an enthusiast of Digital Sustainability, he argues that collaboration is a way to obtain innovative solutions, prioritizing the sharing of knowledge to achieve goals with the capacity to generate positive impacts in the real world.
